1. Introduction

Welcome to KureHealth.ai, a digital health platform that provides AI-powered patient engagement and medical scribing services to healthcare professionals and institutions in Indonesia.

By accessing or using our website, applications, or AI services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.

KureHealth.ai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication on our website.

2. Eligibility and Access

You may use our services only if you:

  • Are 18 years or older, or are authorized by a healthcare institution;

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, including health and data protection regulations in Indonesia.

KureHealth.ai may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Nature of Services

KureHealth.ai provides AI-driven tools to assist healthcare providers in:

  • Generating clinical notes or summaries from consultations;

  • Sending appointment reminders and patient engagement messages; and

  • Streamlining documentation and communication workflows.

Important:

  • KureHealth.ai is not a medical service provider and does not replace clinical judgment.

  • All outputs from the AI system are assistive tools intended to support, not replace, healthcare professionals’ decisions.

  • Healthcare institutions remain fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of patient data and generated content.

4. User Responsibilities

For Healthcare Providers and Institutions:

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  1. Use the Platform only for lawful healthcare and administrative purposes;

  2. Ensure that all patient data shared is obtained with valid patient consent;

  3. Verify and review all AI-generated content before inclusion in medical records;

  4. Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials; and

  5. Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and data protection obligations (UU PDP).

For Patients (if applicable):

Patients who receive reminders or communications from KureHealth.ai acknowledge that such messages are part of healthcare operations authorized by their healthcare provider.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the KureHealth.ai Privacy Policy and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

By using our Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

KureHealth.ai implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls. However, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely risk-free, and you agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and content available on the Platform are the property of KureHealth.ai or its licensors and are protected under Indonesian intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for authorized purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or false data;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its servers;

  • Use the Platform for advertising, spamming, or malicious purposes;

  • Use AI outputs for misleading or unethical medical practices;

  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights of others.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

KureHealth.ai aims to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or legal compliance.

KureHealth.ai shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • KureHealth.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

  • KureHealth.ai provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Healthcare providers are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before clinical use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KureHealth.ai, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or misuse of data.

11. Termination

KureHealth.ai may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions—such as intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability—will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
